"Completely disappointed, I have full coverage on two vehicles. After being involved in a car accident, I found out we don’t have car rental insurance. It’s mind blowing I wouldn’t picked that. What is more disappointing is no one from Craig Duncan told us this was a horrible mistake. It cost pennies and no one told us otherwise, now we have to pay out of pocket for a rental."
