"I’ve carried State Farm auto and article insurance for a little more than 10 years and have been a customer of Craig Duncan for around 6 of those. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed that vehicle added in place of a vehicle I intended to sell. Let me preface this with saying I have done this once before with Mr. Duncan’s office and the experience was a 10/10. This particular experience however, was unique due to the area suffering two major hurricanes and their staff subsequently working from home. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Ashley Parrett who took notice of the poor cell reception (a lovely little side effect of our areas storm damage) and was extremely patient in playing phone tag until reception improved. Her knowledge of the process made the experience quick and painless my vehicles were swapped on the plan in no time. I had a handful of questions which she answered promptly and confidently. It goes without saying that I will continue to utilize State Farm as my insurance provider as their customer service is second to none and the staff at Craig Duncan’s office is superb. I’ve never been placed on hold more than a few seconds at a time and if a call back was necessary it occurred within minutes. If you happen to be insurance shopping I would highly recommend giving their agency a call as I’m certain you’ll be impressed."
